Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer same-day dispatch from our Mumbai warehouse for all orders placed before 3:00 PM.

    Standard delivery typically takes up to 5 days.

  • We offer free shipping , for our projectors

  • To ensure the safety of your purchase, we provide Free Delivery up to the First Floor.

    • For higher floors: If your building does not have a service elevator that fits the screen dimensions, additional handling charges may apply, or delivery may be completed at the ground floor. Please contact us for specific logistics support.

  • We currently dispatch from our Mumbai hub to locations across India. For international inquiries regarding screen shipping, please reach out to our support team for a custom freight quote.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes. We offer full and partial refunds. However, please note that we generally follow a "No Return/No Exchange" policy unless the product is delivered in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect. Every case is reviewed by our team at the Mumbai warehouse.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process a return for a manufacturing defect, the request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

  • Unboxing Video Required: To claim a refund or replacement for "Damaged on Arrival" products, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage.

    Original Packaging: Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and crating intact.

    Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done before 3:00 PM (prior to our same-day dispatch). Once the item has left the Mumbai warehouse, a cancellation is treated as a return and shipping fees will apply.

Warranty & Repair

  • You can buy authorized Formovie, JMGO, Valerion and Hisense projectors with an official 1-year Indian warranty through Aytexcel.com or through our experience centers. As a premier authorised distributor based in Mumbai, Aytexcel provides local stock, GST invoices for business credits, and dedicated after-sales service, ensuring you avoid international shipping risks and customs issues

  • An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.
