Refund & Return Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on AYTEXCEL (https://aytexcel.com/) for products purchased directly from our website. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement
- A new product may be replaced if the original item has a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns or replacements are not eligible for reasons related to:Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.Damage caused by incorrect usage, misuse, or accidents.Non‑quality‑warranty issues (e.g., cosmetic marks, packaging wear, or accessories missing due to user error).
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Please contact AYTEXCEL at hello@aytexcel.com or sales@aytexcel.com for detailed guidance on the return/exchange process.
- Include the following information for verification:Serial Number (found on the bottom of the unit).Invoice or receipt, clearly showing the purchasing platform and date of purchase.A detailed problem description, including photos or videos if applicable.
3. Return & Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be new and unused.
- It must be returned in its original packaging (including box, manual, and accessories).
- All accessories, cables, and original contents must be included.
- The return must be shipped to AYTEXCEL’s designated shipping address (communicated by our support team after your request).
AYTEXCEL Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reject the return if the product does not meet any of the above requirements. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost and the product will be sent back as is.
4. Refund & Exchange Process
- Once the returned item arrives at the AYTEXCEL warehouse and is inspected for eligibility, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.
- Refunds are typically processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after approval, subject to the bank or payment gateway norms.
- Replacement units will be dispatched once the defective product has been verified and accepted.
5. Non‑Direct Purchases (Marketplaces & Retailers)
- For products not purchased directly on AYTEXCEL’s official website (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, or other retailers), please contact the original platform or retailer for refunds or exchanges.
- AYTEXCEL may not be able to process returns or refunds for such orders, as they are governed by the purchasing platform’s own policies.
