We aim to process orders within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise communicated. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Dispatch and Delivery Time
- Purchased products will be dispatched free of charge within India using a reputed courier company.
- Customers can expect deliveries between 2–10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.
- Dispatches are sent from Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
- There are no additional postal or shipment charges for standard domestic deliveries.
- AYTEXCEL reserves the right to revise this policy or introduce paid shipping in the future, and any changes will be clearly communicated on the website at least 7 days in advance.
5. Order Tracking
- After your order is shipped, our team will send you the tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
6. Delivery Address
- Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order.
- AYTEXCEL is unable to change the delivery address once the product has been dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any return or re‑shipping charges.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- While we aim to dispatch and deliver within the stated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
