7 Days Effortless Return & Exchange Policy
- A new product may replace the product if the original item has a manufacturing defect within 7 days

first for detailed guidance on return and exchange. Once the returned item arrives back in the AyaanTech warehouse for inspection, we will start the refund or exchange process.
Return & Exchange Requirements
- Return items must be shipped to Aytexcel’s designated shipping address
- Return items must include original packaging
- Returns must include all accessories
- For non-quality warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality warranty claims will not be accepted.
- Please contact us with the following information for verification:
- 12-digit serial number (you can find it at the bottom of the unit)
- Invoice or receipt must include purchasing platform and date
- Detailed problem description
- Aytexcel Pvt Ltd shall have the right to reject the return if the product does not meet the above requirements
For purchases not made directly on Aytexcel’s official website, please contact retailers or platforms for a refund or an exchange.
