Warranty Claim for Quality Issue Within ONE (1) YEAR
- For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished unit of equal value.
- Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time-frame of the original defective item
- Please contact us with the following information for verification, please note that proof of purchase and problem may be required such as videos or pictures for identifying the product.
- For us to serve you please mention the following information
- 12-digit serial number (you can find it at the bottom of the unit)
- Invoice or receipt include purchasing platform and date
- Detailed problem description
Buyer in the following situations will cover shipping costs:
- Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
Warranty Information
Warranty will not be valid in case of the following
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Damage from misuse of products including but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Products that have expired the warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues (after 14 days of purchase)
- Repaired or disassembled by 3rd parties other than Aytexcel private limited.
